She holds a doctoral degree (PhD) in social sciences in the discipline of security and defense studies, with a specialization in aviation.
She is employed as an assistant professor at the Institute of Civil Aviation Management, Faculty of Management and Command, War Studies University, as well as an analyst at the Training Center for Students at the National School of Public Administration.
She has practical experience in providing passenger services at an airport. She conducts academic courses in the following areas: aviation marketing, airport ground handling, and airline service process management at airports. She also supervises theses in the field of aviation at the War Studies University. Her professional interests encompass: the operations of business entities in the air transport services market—particularly human resource management in the aviation sector, aviation marketing, and the quality of ground handling services at airports. She is the organizer of academic events, including the national scientific conference “Civil Aviation Facing the Challenges of the Future. 2025 Edition – Contemporary Trends and Labor Market Challenges in the Aviation Industry” (April 15, 2025), and also serves as session leader and moderator, including during the workshop “Mentor for Mentor” held within the framework of the Directors of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration (DISPA) meeting, Poland25.EU (May 21–23, 2025).
