Associate Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (Department of Infrastructure and Mobility Research, Institute of Infrastructure, Transport, and Mobility) and research fellow at the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Aviation. She specializes in strategic management, particularly broadly understood collaboration (individual and networked) between enterprises, including the international dimension. She is a recipient of scholarships from J. Fulbright (Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota) and the Foundation for Polish Science. She successfully combines her academic interests with activities outside the University: substantive collaboration with central government offices (Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland – Office of International Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Development and Technology, Polish Investment and Trade Agency), research institutions (Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Aviation), international organizations (UN, World Economic Forum in Geneva), international consulting firms, and numerous Polish and foreign enterprises. From 2016 to 2022, she was the director of the Executive MBA program at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She is the author and co-author of numerous publications (domestic and international), research projects, and expert opinions for business and government (including co-authoring the Strategy for Poland in the ICT sector).
