Head of the Defense Innovation Department at the Ministry of National Defense Innovation Department
He is responsible for the development and implementation of the open innovation model at the Ministry of National Defense. He represents Poland in key European and Allied initiatives, serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the NATO DIANA acceleration program and as the Polish representative in the EU Defense Innovation Network. He previously participated in the work of the European Defense Fund Program Committee. A civil servant, he graduated from the 28th edition of the National School of Public Administration. He combines experience in public administration with a practical approach to defense innovation.
