Shaper of new projects for innovators and companies including the IDA – Investments and Dual-use Technology Adaptation Program. Has co-created three IDA program editions supporting approximately 70 startups in securing VC investment and adapting technologies for the defense sector. Works closely with the defense industry, Ministry of Defense, DIANA accelerator, and deeptech/dual-use funds. Holds a PhD in Management and specializes in developing and strengthening Poland’s innovation ecosystem. Background includes consulting experience and work at technology transfer center.
