Dr. Tomasz Zawadzki, PhD in Management and Quality Sciences, assistant professor at the Department of Product Marketing, Poznań University of Economics. His doctoral thesis was in the field of marketing innovation. Member of the Polish Scientific Marketing Society and the Poznań University of Economics Business Council. A business practitioner, strategic advisor, and lecturer at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, specializing in brand management, marketing communications, and business innovation. He combines academic experience with practice – co-founding the boutique agency MarketingSquad, supporting the transformation of industrial brands, and developing real estate projects. He is the creator of the Xawery Miodowy brand in the FMCG industry. Author and coordinator of numerous educational and communication projects, a speaker at industry conferences in the petrol station sector, and a moderator of expert panels. In his teaching, he focuses on strategic brand thinking, digital marketing, and corporate social responsibility.
