Witold Witowski PhD Eng, graduate of the Faculty of Precision Mechanics at the Warsaw University of Technology and the UNIDO International Quality School.
Since 1989 he has been involved in technology transfer and cooperation between the science and industry and since 1996 expert in international programs and projects, including those with the EU pre-accession programmes, USAID, Norway Grants, EEA Grants, and the European Union Structural & Framework Programmes.
Since 2009 professionally associated with research institutes, focusing on non-standard QFD applications.
Associated with the Institute of Aviation [currently the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Aviation] since 2011, currently Chief Specialist at the Center for International Cooperation and Research Excellence, the Industry Contact Point for Smart and Clean Mobility of the HORIZON EUROPE Programme.
