Experienced public policy manager with 15 years of professional experience in Government and EU affairs. Expert in the area of conducting institutional cooperation and policy dialogue at national and EU levels, with experience in leading and managing ministerial and EU teams.
For the past 15 years, she has served as a civil servant in the ministries and state administration offices. She started her career at the Office of the Committee for European Integration (since 2010, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), wherein the Department of Coordination of Preparation and Poland’s Presidency of the EU Council, she was responsible for the preparation and organization of meetings of informal Councils during the Polish Presidency in 2011: COMPET, ECOFIN and JHA, as well as the Eastern Partnership Summit. After the end of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU, she continued her work in the Department of the Committee for European Affairs, where she was responsible, among other things, for institutional cooperation and the shaping of EU policies, as well as the coordination of negotiations at meetings of the Committee of Permanent Representatives (COREPER II).
She spent the last five years at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, where, in the Science Policy and Innovation Division of the Department of Innovation and Development, she led European affairs in the area of Cluster 6, the European Union’s research and innovation framework programs (H2020 and Horizon Europe). From 2019 to 2021, she served as Vice Chair of the Group of State Representatives of the EU CBE JU Institutional Partnership to unanimously become its Chair in 2022.
From 2023 at GE Aerospace as Senior Director of Government Relations.
