CEO and President of Thales Polska
She has extensive experience in managing entities from the industrial sector and a wide range of competences – from sales and business development, production, research and development to financial management and maintaining relations with the government.
For 13 years, she worked at General Electric in the aviation, defense, rail, energy and digital sectors. She held local and global management positions – she was the president of the management board of General Electric Company Polska, as well as the CEO of Consolidated Precision Products Poland, where she cooperated with clients in the field of defense and armed forces. Before joining GE, she worked at KPMG, where she supervised numerous industrial projects in the region.
She held a number of positions in Polish and EU public institutions – she was a member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Aviation s European Investment Casters’ Federation. For her contribution to the development of the Polish technology industry and building an effective public-private partnership, she was awarded the Silver and Gold Medal of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland.
Magdalena Nizik graduated from National Louis University in the USA and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – an international organization associating specialists in the field of finance and accounting.
